The base plan

The whole cycle is already included

From the request coming in to getting paid, with nothing bolted on. This is Fokusa Base working: not a list of what it might do, but the actual screens.

How it works

Quotes · Jobs

An accepted quote turns itself into a job

You build the quote from your catalogue and send it. When the customer accepts, the job is created with its number, its customer and its line items already in it. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing falls between the customer saying yes and the tech at the door.

  • Your own catalogue and prices
  • Quotes with sending and acceptance
  • Jobs with automatic numbering

Jobs · Tech app · Forms

The whole job, in one panel

The tech opens the day’s job, ticks the checklist, takes photos and closes with the customer signature — with or without coverage. The office sees progress live, and hours are recorded by themselves the moment the tech starts the run.

  • Tech app, offline
  • Form builder and safety checklists
  • Automatic time recording
  • Customer signature at sign-off

Tech

Ana Rivas

Hours on site

3h 20m

The tech sees the job, never the values. The money stays in the office.

Scheduling · Availability

You see who can take it before you assign

A callout comes in and the question is always the same: who is free. The schedule shows each tech’s real load — jobs, absences and travel — so dispatch stops being a round of phone calls.

  • Schedule by tech and by day
  • Real availability and absences
  • Assignment and reassignment

And also

What else the base includes

A product that does not change your day does not get used. The base is the minimum for a business to leave the paper and the spreadsheets behind — which is why it includes things others charge for, like per-person permissions or privacy compliance.

Customers, contacts and sites

CRM with leads, history and equipment per site

Your own catalogue and prices

Your products and services, reusable on every quote

Quotes

With sending, acceptance and versions

Jobs and scheduling

Statuses, assignment, availability and cancellation with a reason

Tech app

Their run, photos, notes and signature. Offline. Not an extra

Automatic time recording

Starting the run creates the entry; it feeds real cost

Forms and safety checklists

Full builder for service sheets, inspections and risk assessments

Collections

Ready-to-invoice queue, part payments and payment status

Billing terms per customer

No charge, fixed price or quoted

Users, roles, teams and permissions

Controlling who sees what is not charged separately

Recycle bin, audit trail and compliance

Traceability and each company’s data isolated from the rest

When you need it

Modules add what the base does not promise

They are not missing screens: each one changes what your business can charge for or know. You switch them on when you need them and they pay for themselves, or you leave them off. We tell you straight who does not need each one.

Recurring maintenance

Bill every month instead of job by job: equipment per customer, recurring contracts, automatic visit generation, a Gantt view, an overdue radar, compliance certificates and pass/fail assessment per unit.

Who does not need it: El que solo instala y nunca vuelve

Money in plain sight

Know what you made on each job, not at the end of the month: purchase orders with receipting and discrepancies, real cost charged to the job, margin per job and per customer, the reports and team performance.

Who does not need it: El que cotiza a ojo y no mira el margen

Customer-facing portal

Your customer requests, approves and signs off without ringing you: job requests, quote approval, their purchase order and full history — with no costs exposed.

Who does not need it: El que atiende solo hogares y coordina por WhatsApp

Store and fleet

Stock, van stock, vehicles and their due dates (WoF, registration).

Who does not need it: El de un solo furgón sin bodega

Field coordination

See where every technician is right now, get each trip recorded automatically with kilometres by road, an IRD-ready mileage logbook, travel cost charged to the job, and your GPS trackers connected per vehicle.

Who does not need it: El que trabaja solo y no reembolsa kilómetros

Unlimited AI

Quoting, catalogue classification, reading purchase orders and risk matrices with AI. The base plan includes a taste of it with a daily cap; this removes the cap.

Who does not need it: El que prefiere digitar a mano

Electronic tax invoicing

Coming soon

Electronic tax documents, numbering and credit notes. Chile first. Deferred.

Who does not need it: El que factura con su contador o todavía no factura
